ZJCL系列冷冻机油专用真空滤油机主要用于冰箱压缩机、空调压缩机、汽车空调压缩机用冷冻机油的净化处理，高精度去除油液中所含的灰尘、空气、水分、颗粒杂质，提高油的各项性能。
The ZJCL series vacuum oil purifier for refrigeration oil is mainly used for purifying refrigeration oil in refrigerator compressors, air conditioner compressors, and car air conditioning compressors. It removes dust, air, moisture, and particles from the oil with high precision, improving the oil's overall performance.
一、技术特点
1）、冻机油（酯，以太，PAG，矿物质油等)的真空脱气，脱水，除颗粒。
2）、可以连续自动运转，不需要人员现场一直监守。
3）、间歇式脱水方式适合需要高脱水时候使用。连续式脱水方式适合处理量多的时候使用。
1. Technical Features
1) Vacuum degassing, dehydration, and particle removal for refrigeration oils (esters, ethers, PAG, mineral oils, etc.).
2) Can run continuously and automatically without requiring staff to watch over it all the time.
3) Intermittent dehydration is suitable when high dehydration is needed. Continuous dehydration is better when handling larger amounts.

1）、根据用户需要，可选配工业PLC智能控制器、触摸屏、变频器装置；
2）、根据使用环境需要，设备设有常规电气控制系统与防爆电气控制系统供选择；
3）、可选配带累计功能的流量计、在线水分检测仪、在线颗粒度检测仪；
4）、设备罐体及管道设有普通碳素钢与不锈钢材质供选择；
