根据磷酸脂抗燃油的特性研制，运用吸附脱酸过滤、反沉降、凝聚分离、真空干燥、超精过滤等技术，高效去除油中酸值、色素、水分、气体、微粒等有害组份。该系列产品全部采用与抗燃油相容的材料制造，外形美观、操作简便、噪音低、寿命长。解决了相容性、热安定性、水解安定性、溶剂效应、比重特性、毒性等一系列技术难题。
According to the characteristics of phosphate resistant fuel oil development, the use of adsorption deacidification filtration, reverse sedimentation, condensation separation, vacuum drying, ultra-fine filtration and other technologies, efficient removal of acid value, pigment, water, gas, particles and other harmful components in the oil. This series of products are all made of materials compatible with fuel resistance, beautiful appearance, easy operation, low noise and long life. A series of technical problems such as compatibility, thermal stability, hydrolytic stability, solvent effect, specific gravity characteristics and toxicity are solved.
一、技术特点
(1)、采用与抗燃油相容的材料及真空脱水、多级精密过滤、新型吸附剂脱酸等净油技术。
(2)、不锈钢罐体，管道和过滤元件，可靠耐用，不易腐蚀。
(3)、 复式立体闪蒸，配合高效的脱水，脱气元件，能迅速有效分离油中的水分，气体及挥发物。
(4)、 自动反冲洗功能，提高使用效率。
(5)、 新型高效电加热系统，加热负荷低，加热均匀，耗能少。
1. Technical Features
(1) Uses materials compatible with anti-flame oils along with oil purification technologies like vacuum dehydration, multi-stage precision filtration, and new adsorbent deacidification.
(2) Stainless steel tank, pipes, and filter elements that are reliable, durable, and corrosion-resistant.
(3) Composite three-dimensional flash evaporation combined with efficient dehydration and degassing elements can quickly and effectively separate water, gases, and volatiles in the oil.
(4) Automatic backwash function to improve efficiency.
(5) New high-efficiency electric heating system with low heating load, even heating, and low energy consumption.

(2)、根据使用环境需要，设备设有常规电气控制系统与防爆电气控制系统供选择；
(3)、可选配带累计功能的流量计、在线水分检测仪、在线颗粒度检测仪；
(4)、根据现场需要，设备整体结构设置有移动式、固定式、拖车式、全封闭式、帆布式、敞开式供选择。
2. Various options
