JHFL Series Coalescing Separation Oil Filter
采用“聚结分离”脱水技术与“精密过滤”技术于一体，能有效地清除油液中的乳化水、游离水及颗粒杂质。广泛适用于含水量较高的轻质燃油（轻柴油，汽油，煤油等）、汽轮机油及低黏度低闪点油的脱水除杂净化处理。
It combines 'coalescence separation' dehydration technology with 'precision filtration' technology, effectively removing emulsified water, free water, and particulate impurities from oil. It's widely used for dehydrating and purifying light fuels with higher water content (like light diesel, gasoline, and kerosene), turbine oils, and low-viscosity, low-flash-point oils.

(1)集精密过滤与高效脱水两种功能于一体。
(2)脱水效率高，脱水能力强，最高可处理含20%水量的油液，能破除油液中的全部油水乳化结构。
(3)通过该系列设备净化处理油液时不需要加热，其用电功率小，运行成本低。
(4)设压力超高自动停机及自动排水功能，长时间运行无需人员置守
1. Technical Features:
(1) Combines precision filtration and high-efficiency dehydration in one unit.
(2) High dehydration efficiency and strong capacity; can handle oil with up to 20% water content and break all oil-water emulsions.
(3) No heating required to purify oil with this series of equipment; low power consumption and low operating costs.
(4) Equipped with automatic shutdown when pressure is too high and automatic drainage, so it can run for long periods without needing someone to monitor it.

(2)根据使用环境需要，设备设有常规电气控制系统与防爆电气控制系统供选择；
(3)可选配带累计功能的流量计、在线水分检测仪、在线颗粒度检测仪；
(4)设备罐体及管道设有普通碳素钢与不锈钢材质供选择；
(5)根据现场需要，设备整体结构设置有移动式、固定式、全封闭式、敞开式供选择。

(3) Optional flow meters with cumulative functions, online moisture detectors, and online particle size detectors are available;
(4) The equipment tanks and pipelines can be made of regular carbon steel or stainless steel;
(5) Depending on on-site requirements, the overall structure of the equipment can be mobile, fixed, fully enclosed, or open.
